Every order ships from one warehouse in Kenner, LA. Same-day dispatch, adult-signature delivery, and a flat $5 flat-rate cap on US orders.
Every Geek Bar disposable, from a single Pulse X2 50K to a full case, ships from 2200 Decatur St, Kenner, LA 70062. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days leave the warehouse the same day. Free shipping on US orders over $80, flat-rate $5 otherwise. Adult-signature (21+) delivery is required on every package. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or outside the United States.
Geek Bar Shops Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day leave the Kenner warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, or on weekends and US public holidays, ship the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as the carrier scans the package. Tracking can take 12 to 24 hours to show movement after dispatch, which is normal.
Free Shipping Over $80
Cart subtotals of $80 or more ship free anywhere in the 50 US states. Subtotals below $80 use a flat-rate $5 shipping fee, and we don't bump the rate by zone or weight.
USPS & UPS Ground Shipping
We route through USPS Priority and UPS Ground depending on destination and weight. Both carriers honor the adult-signature requirement at delivery.
Adult-Signature 21+ Required
Federal regulations on disposable vapes require an adult (21+) signature at delivery. There is no way to waive this and we cannot leave a package unattended.
If no one 21+ is home, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt again the next business day. After three failed attempts the package returns to our warehouse — see "Lost in transit" below.
Delivery in 2–5 Business Days
Most US addresses see delivery 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Gulf Coast and Southeast addresses near our Louisiana warehouse typically see 1 to 3 business days. West Coast and Mountain time zones can run 4 to 6 business days during peak periods.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a tracking number stops updating for more than 7 business days, email service@geekbarshops.com with your order number. We open a carrier trace and reship at our cost while the trace resolves.
What we don't ship
- PO boxes — carriers can't capture an adult signature at a PO box.
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses — federal vape-shipping restrictions apply.
- Outside the 50 US states. No Canada, no Mexico, no international.
- Addresses in states where flavored disposable vapes are restricted at the state level.
- To anyone under 21. Age is verified at the door by the delivery driver.
