The rules of the road for using geekbarshops.com, written so you can actually read them rather than so a lawyer can hide behind them.
geekbarshops.com is operated by Geek Bar Shops, an independent US retailer, from 2200 Decatur St, Kenner, LA 70062. You must be 21+ to browse, order, or take delivery. Orders, whether a single Geek Bar Pulse X2 50K or a bulk case, are subject to availability and US shipping restrictions. Quality issues are covered by the 7-day window on the returns page. We are not liable for misuse of the product or for delivery delays outside our control. Disputes go to Louisiana jurisdiction.
Who can order
You must be at least 21 years old to browse, register, place an order, or take delivery from geekbarshops.com. Age is verified at checkout and again at the door by the delivery driver. Ordering on behalf of anyone under 21 is prohibited and grounds for account closure.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in US dollars and shown excluding any applicable state or local tax. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a published-price mistake. If we cancel an order on our end, you receive a full refund — no restocking fee.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express; Discover is not accepted) through our PCI-compliant processor. Card details are handled by the processor, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping & delivery
Full shipping terms — same-day cut-off, adult-signature requirement, US-only restrictions, and lost-in-transit handling — live on the shipping policy page and are incorporated into these terms by reference.
Returns & quality
Quality issues are covered by the 7-day window on the refund & returns page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Opened disposables are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Acceptable use
Geek Bar disposables are intended for adult buyers 21+ as a nicotine-delivery product. They are not a "healthy" product, they contain nicotine (which is addictive), and they are not approved as a smoking-cessation aid. You agree to use the product per its included instructions and not to modify, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the device.
Limitation of liability
Geek Bar Shops is liable for replacing devices that fail under the 7-day quality window and for refunding orders we cancel. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or consequential losses arising from misuse, modification, or third-party combination of the product. Some US states do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties, and in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Disputes that can't be resolved by email with service@geekbarshops.com go to the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
Changes
We update these terms when our policies change. Material changes are posted on this page with a revision date. Continuing to use geekbarshops.com after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
