We collect the minimum needed to ship your order, support you after, and meet US regulatory record-keeping. Nothing sold to data brokers, ever.
Geek Bar Shops collects name, address, email, phone, and payment method to fulfill orders, ship your Pulse X2 50K or other Geek Bar device, and meet US age-verification and shipping requirements. We share data only with the carrier (USPS/UPS), our payment processor, and our age-verification provider, never with data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing service@geekbarshops.com.
What we collect
To fulfill an order from geekbarshops.com we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, and payment method (handled by our PCI-compliant processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers). For age verification we collect date of birth and, if our automated check is inconclusive, a redacted government-issued ID image.
Why we collect it
Shipping requires name and address. Adult-signature delivery requires age verification. Payment requires the processor handshake. Order support requires email and (occasionally) phone. US regulations on disposable-vape sales require us to retain certain order records — we keep those records for the period the law requires and not longer.
Who we share with
We share order data with a small set of providers: the carrier (USPS or UPS) for delivery, our payment processor for the charge, and our age-verification provider for the 21+ check. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with data brokers, advertisers, or any unrelated third party.
Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies for cart state and account sign-in, and Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage. You can disable analytics in your browser settings without breaking checkout. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers and we do not build behavioral profiles on visitors.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and order history (subject to regulatory retention rules) by emailing service@geekbarshops.com from the address on file. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Children
Geek Bar Shops is for adult buyers 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21 and we will delete any such data on discovery. If you believe a minor has used the site, email service@geekbarshops.com.
